While we strive to improve business performance, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, lead volume, or business outcomes.
Success depends on numerous factors outside our control.
Automated Growth Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable agreement.
Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
